"I HATE You!!"

My precious Sarah obviously learned something new at school today. She got angry at me about something (can't even remember what made her mad) and she started yelling at me, "I HATE you! I HATE you! I HATE you!" My, my, such venom coming from my usually happy 4-year old!! She sat in time-out quite a while until she calmed down. I must say I was thrilled about how clearly she said her words. Her p-flap has made such a difference in her speech!!

"Is it Tuesday?"

Sarah is talking more and more each day. Most of what she says only I can understand, but it is a start.

Everyday she asks me, "Is it Tuesday, Mommy?" To which I reply, "No, baby, it's Thursday (or whatever day it is)." She then will respond, "Why????" or "No, it's Tuesday!!!!!" It's pretty funny arguing with a 3-year old!!

Another thing she has starting saying is "I already went potty." when asked if she has to go, even though it's not true 90% of the time.
