It is with great pleasure that I introduce my daughter, Sarah!! I got a call from my agency at 2:05 today that I got my "Preliminary Approval" from the CCAA (Chinese Center of Adoption Affairs). I am so excited!! I hope to have my dossier done in the next few weeks.
